1. General Rules
- Please be respectful and patient.
- I have the right to accept or decline any commission for any reason.
- Please provide clear references and descriptions.
- Do not rush me or pressure me to finish your commission.
- By commissioning me, you agree to these Terms of Service.2. Payment
- Payment must be made before I begin working unless agreed otherwise. (PayPal)
- Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the artwork.
- Extra characters, accessories, or detailed backgrounds may cost extra.
- Please do not send payment until I have accepted your request.3. Refunds
- Full refunds are available if I haven't started your commission.
- No refunds after the artwork has been fully completed and delivered.
- If I cannot finish your commission, you will receive a full refund.4. Art Process
- Completion times may vary depending on my schedule and the complexity of your commission.
- I will provide updates when possible.
- Small changes can be requested during the sketching stage.
- Major changes after the sketch has been approved may cost extra.
- Please mention all important details before I begin.5. Usage & Copyright
- My artwork is for personal use only unless commercial use has been discussed and approved.
- Do not claim my artwork as your own.
- Do not trace, steal, resell, or redistribute my artwork without permission.
- You may use the finished artwork as a profile picture, banner, or for personal posts with proper credit.
- You may not use my artwork for AI training or NFTs.
- I retain the copyright to my original artwork unless otherwise agreed.6. Revisions
- Minor revisions are allowed within reason.
- Please request changes during the sketch stage whenever possible.
- Large changes or complete redraws may require additional payment if not the full price.
- Changes requested after completion may be declined.7. Posting & Privacy
- I may share completed commissions on my social media or portfolio unless you request otherwise.
- Please let me know beforehand if you want your commission kept private.
- I will not publicly share your personal contact or payment information.8. Cancellations
- You may cancel your commission before I begin working.
- If work has already started, any refund will depend on the progress made.
- I may cancel a commission if my boundaries or TOS are repeatedly disrespected.
- If I cancel for personal reasons, a full refund will be provided.9. Final Agreement
- By submitting a commission request, you confirm that you've read and understood my TOS.
- Please ask questions if anything is unclear before commissioning.
- These terms may be updated for future commissions, but changes will not apply to an already accepted commission without agreement.Thank you for supporting my artwork!
